*For teams registering after the Early Registration Deadline (March 1), only credit card payments will be accepted*


All Entry Fees must be postmarked by the registration deadline
 to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be put on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee is non-refundable. Registration fees not received or postmarked by the registration deadline will incur an additional $50 late fee.

Credit Card Payments:
All Credit Cards will be charged upon acceptance.

Check or Money Order Payments:
All Check or Money Order entries must be postmarked by the registration deadline and should be made payable to Tonka United Soccer Association. All entry fees received through check or money order are deposited immediately and refunded within 2 weeks of non-acceptance. Teams must include with your entry fee a copy of e-mail entry confirmation.

STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY

This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament.  All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament  MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services.  Please do not call the hotels directly.  Please book through the hotel reservation link below.  We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event.

SMC is proud to partner with HBC Event Services, a housing agency with a nationwide reputation for excellence in managing travel for sports events.  HBC Event Services provides an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates.  These rates are lower than their best available rate and usually includes breakfast for your team.  

Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons, like event cancellation, as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
